Quick and easy delivery

If you have any trouble with your delivery, our customer service team will be happy to assist. Below is an outline of how it all works and what to do if you have any concerns.

Delivery information

We offer a 3-5 day standard delivery time and always aim to despatch your order next day to the courier. Deliveries will go with various couriers and sometimes this may mean your items come separately. Please allow up to 5 days for your items to arrive.

Upon shipping your order we will send you notification via the email address provided by you on making your order.

Tracking is available with most shipments and this is available on request through our contact form located here. Once you have your tracking details please follow instructions from the courier.

Some remote locations may incur extra charges and an extended shipping time. We will contact you should this be the case, before shipping your order.

For non-UK orders we accept no responsibility for any local taxes incurred and you should expect a longer shipping time to some countries and areas. Please contact us through the form above should you not see your country in our cart and we will endeavour to get a quote for your location.

If and when free shipping is offered this does not mean that your items are free for us to ship via the courier, it simply means we have chose not to charge you for delivery. This means that should you want to return your item, a shipping fee may be deducted. We will always contact you before you send items back if any deductions are to be made.

Where pre-order is stated a rough date will be given. This date is the date we expect to ship your items, and delivery will take the standard time dependant on your items and the courier. Our pre-order slots generally run from early, mid or late of a given month - for example early January - so an exact date will not be given. Please keep an eye on the products to see if these dates change, we cannot guarantee delivery of pre-orders on an exact date. Once your items ship you will receive an email and the delivery process will be as per the standard delivery terms for your item.
